Visual training makes vision more comfortable. Which means that certain visual tasks ( for example reading, computer work etc.) can in many cases become much easier by optimizing the interaction of both eyes.
Visualtraining can help reduce strain, eye fatigue, tears – and burning eyes, redness, headaches, temporary blurred or double vision, tension and tenseness, trouble changing focus at different distances, deteriorating visual acuity during the day and much more.
For children , visualtraining can also be particularly helpful in reading and writing problems, concentration difficulty, and the exchange of letters, syllables and words. These difficulties can be effectively alleviated by an individual training program. Some of your training takes place in the eyeness® centre and some in the comfort of your own home. Elite sport demands not only the highest performance of the body, but also of vision and eye coordination. Especially in high speed sports (e.g. biking, skiing, motorcycling, car racing, tennis and other ball sports) a fully functional eye-hand coordination is the basis for success. This is where SportsVision steps in. Similar to the visual training, an extensive examination of the visual functions is carried out and an individual training to increase the visual performance is put together.
